CrossGallery(이하 "이 앱")는 Orot Lab 이 만든 앱으로, 같은 Wi-Fi 안에 있는 내 기기끼리 사진과 동영상을 직접 주고받습니다. 이 문서는 이 앱이 무엇을 다루고 무엇을 다루지 않는지 밝힙니다.
1. Orot Lab 이 수집하는 정보: 없음
이 앱에는 서버가 없습니다. Orot Lab 은 이용자의 사진, 동영상, 기기 정보, 이용 기록을 수집하지도, 전송받지도, 저장하지도 않습니다. 앱 안에는 광고나 분석 도구가 없으며, 외부로 데이터를 보내는 제3자 라이브러리도 없습니다.
2. 사진과 동영상이 오가는 방식
전송은 이용자가 상대 기기를 고르고 보낼 항목을 선택했을 때만 일어납니다. 파일은 같은 로컬 네트워크(Wi-Fi) 안에서 두 기기 사이를 직접 지나가며 암호화되어 전송됩니다. 외부 서버나 클라우드를 거치지 않으므로 Orot Lab 을 포함한 누구도 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.
3. 인앱 결제
유료 기능 구매는 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store 의 결제 시스템으로 처리됩니다. 카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 해당 스토어가 다루며 Orot Lab 에 전달되지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부를 확인하기 위해 스토어가 제공하는 구매 내역만 기기 안에서 조회합니다. 스토어의 정보 처리는 각 스토어의 방침을 따릅니다.
4. 기기에 저장되는 것
다음은 이용자의 기기 안에만 남고 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
- 앱 설정(테마, 언어, 수신 대기 방식, 보기 방식 등)
- 짝지은 기기 목록과 기기 식별용 암호 키
- 이미 보낸 항목 표시("미전송" 탭에 필요)
- 앱 안 휴지통에 들어간 항목
이 기록은 클라우드 백업이나 기기 이전으로 옮겨가지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.

CrossGallery ("the app") is made by Orot Lab. It sends photos and videos directly between your own devices on the same Wi-Fi network.
We collect nothing
The app has no server. Orot Lab never collects, receives, or stores your photos, videos, device information, or usage data. The app contains no advertising or analytics, and no bundled library sends data anywhere.
Transfers are direct
A transfer happens only when you pick a device and choose what to send. Files travel encrypted between the two devices over your local network and never pass through an external server or cloud.
In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Your payment details are handled by the store and are never shared with Orot Lab. The app only checks your purchase status with the store, on your device.
What stays on your device
App settings, your list of paired devices and the device's encryption key, the record of items already sent (used by the "Unsent" tab), and items in the in-app trash. None of it is included in cloud backups or device transfers, and all of it is removed when you uninstall the app.
Permissions
Photo and video access shows your gallery, lets you choose what to send, and saves what you receive. Media location access preserves the original capture location inside the file you send; the app does not read or send your location. Nearby Wi-Fi devices / Local Network access finds your other devices on the same Wi-Fi and is not used to determine location. Internet, Wi-Fi state, and multicast open connections between devices on your local network, never for traffic leaving it (except store purchases). Notifications show transfer progress. The foreground service keeps a transfer running when the screen is off. Vibration gives haptic feedback when you press or select items.
Children
The app is for a general audience and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
